200ml Evaporated Milk
150 g chicken breast (any part of the chicken) or ground pork
1 cup elbow macaroni or shell pasta
3-4 cups water
3 pcs medium hotdog, in small cubed
1 medium carrot, cubed
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 cup shredded cabbage
- Boil the chicken in the water. Put some sliced ginger. You can already add the salt and sugar.
- Once the chicken is cooked, take it out of the water to shred or to slice. Save the water as stock for later. Set aside the shredded chicken.
- Put the water, chicken's stock, onion, garlic, hotdog, chicken breast or ground pork in a pot.
- When boiled. Add the elbow macaroni then stir.
- If the elbow macaroni are not quite cooked, but already softened, then add the cabbage.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the evaporated milk, keep stirring.
- Optional - additional salt to taste.
- When boiled then it's done.
