250 g Stringbeans
- *washed
- *fronts and ends removed
- *cut 1-2 inch long
4 gloves garlic, chopped
150 g ground pork
1 cup water
1 cup tomato sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
- Put stringbeans, water, ground pork, onion, garlic, salt, sugar in a wok. Then simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add some water if it dries up to prevent burning.
- Add tomato sauce.
- Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Additional salt to taste.
